Unique Features

• The Assessment criteria are objective, comprehensive, rigorous and takes into consideration of sustained performance over three years for manufacturing sector, one year each for construction & Service sector and two years for MSME Sector previous to the Award Year.
• To demonstrate the commitment and teamwork, the application form for manufacturing sector to be signed by the Chairman of the Apex Safety Committee and Worker’s representative on the Apex Safety Committee. In Construction sector, it should be signed by the In-charge of the establishment and authorized representative of the client organization. Whereas, for MSME sector the form to be signed by Owner/Entrepreneur/Occupier along with Worker’s representative and for Service sector the form to be signed by Owner/ Employer.
• To recognise the teamwork involved in achieving the award winning performance, each organization is requested to send a 3-member team comprising the Unit Head, Safety Department Head and a Senior Worker-member on the Safety Committee for receiving the award.
• In construction sector, the client organistions are also conferred along with the establishments to recognize their contribution in the achievement.
